Playing Time Requirements

1) FIELDERS including Designated Hitter:

       a) Based on PLATE APPEARANCES   (PA) = (AB+BB+HBP+SH+SF)

           FULL-TIME PLAYER---------------620 PA’s     

       b) All fielders with less than 620 PA’s are designated as platoon players and 

       will be able to farmed by the Commissioner’s Office once they reach 100% 

        of their total PA’s.

2) PITCHERS (entire staff, including farmed pitchers) 

       a) STARTING PITCHERS:

           FULL TIME STARTER----------28 GS                                              

       b) RELIEF PITCHERS:

                   1) Each team must have 5 rated RELIEVERS on the Active Roster at 

              all times during the season.

              2) All RELIEF PITCHERS will be limited to 150% of their 

              Actual BATTERS FACED (BF) numbers. When a RELIEVER 

              reaches or exceeds 150% BF, they will be automatically farmed 

              by the Commissioner’s Office and cannot be used again until the               

              playoffs, if applicable.

3) Playoffs (all players)

                  a) Playing requirements are waived.
